The family favorite, with room to swim, play and lounge.

Starting point .03
16' × 32'
Our largest starting size, for laps and big gatherings.

Custom
Custom pool
Your design, your size — pricing varies by design.

These are starting points, not limits — make it longer, add a spa, sun shelf, LED lights, pavers or a pergola.
Final price confirmed in writing after a free on-site visit; site conditions and permits can change it.
8 stages
The most complete process, explained.
Every photo is from the same project: our Modern Garden Pool in Miami-Dade.
1Free visit & evaluation
We walk your property and check the site, access for equipment, setbacks and utilities — at no cost to you.
- Design & proposal2
Custom design & itemized proposal
You get a design made for your yard and a clear proposal with every item listed, so you know what's included.
- Permits3
Permits & engineering
We prepare and file the permit package — signed and sealed drawings, electrical and plumbing — with your city or the County.
4Excavation
We lay out the pool on site and excavate to the approved plan and dimensions.
5Steel, plumbing & pressure test
Steel reinforcement, bonding and plumbing lines go in, and the plumbing is pressure-tested before it's covered.
6Shell
The concrete shell is formed over the inspected steel, creating the structure of your pool and spa.
7Tile, coping, decking & equipment
Tile, coping, deck and the equipment pad are installed. Pavers and pergolas can be built in the same project.
8Plaster, fill, final inspection & walkthrough
Interior finish, filling and start-up, then the final inspection and a walkthrough so you know how everything works.
Permits
Permits in Miami-Dade, handled for you
Requirements vary by city.
Owner-builder warning
If someone asks you to pull an owner-builder permit, you become legally responsible for all the work. With us, the permit is under our license.

Who issues your permit
In unincorporated Miami-Dade, permits are issued by the County. Cities like Miami, Coral Gables, Doral or Hialeah have their own building departments — we file wherever your home is.
What a new pool needs
A building permit application with drawings (site plan, dimensions, electrical and plumbing) signed and sealed by a design professional, plus electrical and plumbing permits tied to the pool permit.
Inspections during construction
For example steel, bonding and main drain before concrete, and the plumbing pressure test. Work must stay exposed until it's approved.
Safety barrier
Florida and Miami-Dade require a permanent barrier at least 48 inches high around new pools, permitted and inspected before the final inspection. The Florida Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act also requires at least one safety feature: barrier, approved safety cover, door/window exit alarms, self-closing self-latching doors, or a pool alarm.
Summary for reference; requirements can change — we confirm them for your address.
